Execution

Base frame and take for test fluid
Test cabinet and lid in stainless steel
Test cabinet lid with high visibility security pane of Makrolon.
Opening of test cabinet lid assisted by dashpots
Compressed air maintenance unit with prressure relief valve with safety lock.
Tank for test medium in stainless steel (approx. 25 litres)

Mode of Function
The test pressure is achieved by means of an air driven high pressure pump in stainless steel.

Hoses are prefilled by an electric pump

Operation

Test hose assemblies to be connected on one end
Fill and bleed hose then close other end, close test cabinet
Regulate test pressure by adjusting pressure of compressed air
Air pressure and hydraulic pressure are indicated for supervision
Once test pressure is adjusted it can be automatically repeated by opening and shutting solonoid valve in compressed air circuit
